You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Yes there is. Apart from the two phone numbers written above there are two more in the guide in both posts. So you saying the phone number doesn't help at all, is ridiculous. You just have to persevere with each number. Other people can get through, after a long wait, so you should be able to?
