Hi, my phone won’t get service or 4g.
long story short, I lost my sim card whilst abroad. Not my phone only sim.
o2 sent me a new sim to use when I arrive home,
it didn’t work. And they tried again with a new sim which didn’t work.
then I went into the 02 store and they have me a sim that didn’t work.
3 sims later, my phone gets no 4g or service.
Help me pleaseeee?!

You need to account bar removing.

There are 2 bars applied when a loss is reported.
1 - sim bar
2 - account bar
Make sure they do both for you.
