Unfortunately, O2 do not store webchat records in your MyO2 - would be great if they did, it has been requested as a Feature enhancement over the years!
If you did not print it to a file, or ask for it to be sent to your e-mail before closing the call/session, it is gone.
Check in your spam, if you never saw it despite having asked for it to be e-mailed to you during the session, @Lee12138.
I don't know if anyone has been able to get O2 to e-mail them the stored record from the O2 side on request, maybe the Forum admins @Martin-O2 or @Marjo can follow-up?
