Help please
I have an old iPhone that was locked to the O2 carrier five years ago. I have been on the GiffGaff network for as long. Now I want to change to BT mobile -
I have a BT sim, and can't get it to work in my phone, although GiffGaff says it has ported the number to BT.. My iPhone 4 says the carrier is O2 - how do I get O2 to unlock the iPhone please?

@PlainJane Please see this link: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-S...
There have been problems of late with unlocking, so I will also tag admin @EmilieT. She may also be able to assist you.
