Havnt received my order confirmation

I order an iPhone 12 on Sunday and paid £305 upfront and have revived all the emails of my credit contract but still havnt received an order confirmation for delivery

You won't receive anything else until your order is dispatched.

O2 will then email you with tracking details.

There is currently an industry wide shortage of phones due to shipping constraints and the global semiconductor issue, so waiting times are longer than usual unfortunately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
