I've had an Apple Watch error code 10 since 11th October and still not resolved. No data on my Apple watch 4 for 3 weeks. Apparently it's going to be "reviewed" tomorrow and someone will call. Won't hold my breath from recent experience of "someone will call". AND I don't want it reviewed I'd like it fixed. Please.
Maybe if I post on here something might happen?

Well, no surprise. O2 didn't call. If I wasn't tied to O2 for my iPhone contract I'd be finding another provider by now. Throughly fed up.

Someone on a different thread, phoned Apple and they said it would be resolved on the next update?!!
Maybe give them a call yourself? It's more than ridiculous.
