Hi
According to Apple diagnostics my battery has exceeded its expected life span. Apple tell me that a battery change should be cover by O2 under consumer law. Can you tell me how to proceed.
Thank you

I think Apple are trying to shift the blame personally! How old is the phone? If a year or less, then it's Apples problem. Did you take out an Apple Care Warranty which gives you an extra 12 month cover?
You can try O2 but I know what their answer will be ie 'this is Apples Problem'.
Anyway contact details for O2
Give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
