Signed up for O2 on 1/10/14 .Given temporary no of .Signed up to transfer my existing no.When will this happen .Should have happened by now????

Have you carried out a sim swap here, Swap my sim

Have you received the new sim. Alittle bit more info needed and you should delete your numbers on a public forum.

Call customer service for further clarification.

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the Forum,


Try turning your phone off and back onto reset your network connection.

I have flagged for your personal numbers to be removed as this is a public forum.

If you contact O2 Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus They will check your account.

And if its a port/migration from another network speak to their Customers Service Dept.

We are all customers with no access to your account.

Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Anonymous , For your own safety, I would sugest you edit the post and remove the mobile numbers as you dont want to get prank calls Grumpy .

Where is the number you want to keep coming from? O2 pay and go<o2 contract or another network?
