recently moved to Guernsey ;i did find out before leaving the UK that o2 do not operate here and I have 63 days roaming on my plan then I will have to become "local" which is all fine -but this evening I got a message to say I am on Jersey o2 and I am now experiencing problems like my phone not recognising some of my family contacts. Has anyone had this happen to them upon changing residence?
i am not by any means savvy on this kind of stuff

Are these contacts all in the UK, country code 44?
Have you checked that the number stored in a failing contact is correct, ie has +44 in front of it?
