Solved: j3 keeps closing apps

hi the apps on my j3 keep closing even after re-setting to factory settings ,any help in trouble shooting would be appreciated. thanks marleyboy

Check how much storage space you have available and if your phone is nearly full, move some photos, videos etc to an SD card or save them to your PC to create space.
