Resolved! Connecting my phone with Bluebook

I want to back up my contacts etc to bluebook. But when I click on the link to Set up phone, and then go to select manufacturer and then Other there isn't any HTC devices. So how do I back up contacts?

Resolved! phone number for voice mail/ redirect
