How are you finding the Xperia 1? I want to purchase, but I'm concerned about the form factor being too impractical for everyday usage. (I have an Xperia XZ Premium currently.)

Well, it's a lot easier on the hands than xz premium for definite.
I'm loving it, form factor obviously is new, and yeah it's a tall boy, but not redicilously tall.
Movies have never been so good.
Thank you @viridis , you genius you... This solved my Netflix woes.
I'm with you on it being easy on the hands. It's only a few mm taller than my Note 8, but being a few mm shorter in width makes a huge difference when holding it. Even 1080p video on Amazon Prime looks stunning, and 4K on YouTube is just beautiful.

Watched the last brilliant episode last night. Still find it remarkable that the Soviet state claims even to this day that Chernobyl caused 31 deaths, when the estimation was between 100,000-200,000.
Also appalling that it took the suicide of the main scientist who hightlighted all the flaws in the system and was blacklisted, to re-open the case again. Brilliant though harrowing series.

With people moving back there now and it being deemed 'safe', I'm not sure whether Russian scientists can ever be believed. It's certainly one of the biggest cover-ups in history. I havent seen any of this yet but I will definitely start watching it tonight based on the recommendations here and in tthe press.
