Hi

I received a missed call this morning and thought by the number it was spam so I didnt reply. It turns out it was an important call and the person left a voicemail but I was not notified of the voicemail for 6 hours. When I finally was notified I dialled 901 and I actually had another message from yesterday which I had not been notified of either.

I am using a Google Pixel 7 Pro

@Graham12

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2 to reset your voicemail.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. I know it is customer to customer I was just hoping someone would have an easy fix for it.

I have contacted O2 as you say and they told me to deactivate voicemail by dialling 1760 and then reactivate it by dialling 1750.

Hopefully this resolves the problem.

Thanks again

@Graham12 Only way to test that theory is to get a couple of family or friends to leave you a message

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Unlikely to fix it as it needs to be reset.

If it was that easy I'd have posted this instead Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

This might be dopey... but turn it on and off again.
Call 1760 to turn it off and 1750 to turn it back on.

Thanks and regards,
Alexander
