Upload an Avatar

Am trying to upload an image to use as an Avatar on the forum. Followed the steps indicated, the status bar on the upload goes to full, and another button to complete the upload appears. I press this and... nothing happens.

I know the Images have to checked by a Community Head Honcho before they can be used, but they are not even appearing in my 'images' folder. Do they not appear here at all until sanitised, or is something going wrong?

Tried again today, and still nothing happening. Thought I was doing something wrong but happy to know I might not have been!

Problem kind of solved if anybody was trying to do the same thing!

When writing a post insert an image into the post by pressing the appropriate button in the task bar at the top of the text box (I.e. further along from where you can Bold, Italic, Underline or re-size your text etc. It's the icon with a picture of a tree.

When posted this image will then appear in the 'my images' folder on your profile, and is available for use as an Avatar!

Not the best way to add an avatar!

EDIT: Just deleted my pic, hopefully it will still be in my gallery.
