Just got this tablet from O2 the O2 website says it has got wireless charging but I can't get it to work and can not confirm from the Samsung website if this tablet has got wireless charging could someone please confirm if this tablet has or has not got wireless charging and if it has not does this mean the O2 website is wrong the wireless pad I'm using is a samsung pad that works fine with my note 9

Samsung have confirmed that the Tab A 10.5" That i have does not have wireless charging so it is a error with the web site , how do i feed this back to O2 or do they read these post ?

The wireless charging or fast charging feature is only available on supported models so you need to query this with customer service.
As long as your charger is QI compatible it would be suitable to charge the Tab if it is supported.

Hi they have changed Wireless charging to NO but have left the Charging option as Fast wireless
