Hi I'm having trouble with my phone. Every time I try to make a call, send a text, even  just checking my balance, I keep getting the same message "mobile network not available". Is this a problem with my phone ? Anyone got any ideas? If I can't get it sorted I'll have to get a new one.

Thanks

It’s either a faulty SIM card, a faulty phone or a network issue.
See help here for identifying where the problem lies.

@PdmYou could also remove the sim, clean it gently and reinsert. Reboot the phone and see if that does the trick.

If not you can pick up a new sim immediately if you visit an O2 store. Best of luck wink
