It should support NTFS/FAT32 format and up to 32gb flash drive.
Anything bigger tends to need more power than the port can deliver.

You might be better asking customer service to be honest. 

One of the ways to check is to download an App which checks your phone. I believe the phone supports OTG but maybe another member can confirm that.

will try 32gb flashdrive

as very short of memory used 30.5gb of 32gb on the phone
