First thing to try is cleaning the charging port which is known to collect dust, fluff etc.
Using a needle (or cocktail stick) gently insert into the port and clean it out. Also check with another charger and see if that works (It may be a faulty charger, which I had last week!)
If none of the above works then you would be better off contacting Samsung as it's still under warranty.
