Missing video sound on new Z-Flip

Hi all,

I'm new to this, so bear with...

I've just got a new Samsung Z-Flip 3 and have managed to transfer everything over. However, I have a problem with a video montage that my daughter did as a mothers day gift some years ago which has backing music with it. On my previous Galaxy S7 it played fine, however on the Z flip, there is no sound.  I can cast to my Samsung TV and the video, with sound, plays fine.

It's a really precious video to me and would like to be able to play it with sound on the new phone, but am struggling. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it work?  The file is a wmv file.
