Can't claim pre-order bonus for pixel 6a

I just pre-ordered the 6a and it says that you can claim the pixel buds with it. The link to claim the reward doesn't seem to work though, any suggestions?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Google don't open any offers until 14 days after the phone has been released , this is to prevent people ordering a phone, claiming the earphone and then cancelling the order,  and saves google money going after people for fraud..
