Can I buy an international sim card in the UK to use when I travel the west indies

Hello , I am travelling from the UK through  New York to San Juan, Puerto Rico and onto several islands in the west indies. 02 Costs are very high in the West indies. 

Is it possible to purchase a sim card in the uk to use in my Galaxy  A52s when I arrive there?

International Sims are for use in the UK to call and text abroad.

Unless you have O2 Travel Inclusive as part of your tariff or O2 Travel for £6.00 per day (when you use it) your best bet is to use a local sim in the US and where available in the other places you visit.

If a UK number isnt important, the you have a look at Mint Mobile, and C&W in the Carribbean. 

Also look on Amazon for a US Lycamobile Sim, as they have cheap Roaming Rates...  https://www.lycamobile.us/en/rates/#/international  

I used the Lycamobile Sim in Hawai'i and Vegas, and it works well...
