I've had my phone for 4 months now and have never been able to view my bill. I can get to my account page but it says I have no valid products registered with this account. I have tried to get it sorted twice but it has never been resolved. Have just been on the phone chatted to someone who put me on hold then the phone went dead. This happened before whilst having a live chat with an assistant. Am I just a hot potato and they're hoping I'll go away?
