Upgrading on Simplicity.

Hi all ,

Im struggling to find an answer to my question and hope someone can help.

A few months ago i took out a 12 month simplicity contract.

Purpose being i have a bad credit rating and cant currently get a handset deal.

Im fast approaching the 6 month upgrade option and my question is

although they dont credit check, is the option of the phone limited?

ie shiney new iphone 5 or is that not possible ?

As long as the contract as been over 3 months you should be able to upgrade to a new handset.

I think you need to talk direct to o2 202 for free from your mobile.

But you should be able to upgrade to any handset on a 24 month contract (iphone 5 is only on 24)
