Hi, story short but O2 customer service is not helping me here im trying to make point but on one is helping. cqn some one advice please!

I upgraded my old phone to new Samsung S20 on 29th Feb, Phone should arrive on 10th of March between 12.57-13.57 by DPD. I was at home all day but no body show up. Called the O2 customer service they said it was refused at 12.57. ??? why I should refuse new phone? dont make sence!

O2 place the new order on 13th Match. And phone was deliverd next day !!happpy days but all problems starred from there on. 

Didnt recieve 5G sim togheter with wireless charger needed to chase them seperatley.

But bigest issue is that in order to get samsung ear buds I need proof or purchase. The dead line was 10th March but because phone was ordered again on 13th of March I cant claim ear buds!!! Calling O2 customer service for past 2 weeks and trying to explain that i didnt refuse and i would like to recive ear buds but all they saying is they will call me back never did, Can some one hep!?

We feel for you but we are customers like yourself. The only way to sort this out is by speaking to customer services who are running a reduced service due to the current crisis.
