Roaming Charges

I have paid for a daily bolt on to make and recieve calls whist abroad however i have a number of charges for calls (normal landline numbers) that i made back to the UK on a couple of days. Why would this be?

You get 120 mins of calls time per day included. Anything over that is charged at standard international rates. 

If your total call time (made and received combined) did not exceed 120 mins, you need to raise the question with customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@DJW1 I'm sure you're aware that customer service is under a great deal of pressure owing to the current situation. Your query may not fall into what they deem a 'priority' call. You can try though. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to try to get through.
