Hi, I recently requested to end my contract with O2 and move onto PAYG. I’m really confused because my number, which I have had for 10 years has now changed to a completely different one.
I’m pretty annoyed about this. Is there anything I can do to get my old number back? Why would O2 do this? I don’t understand how this can happen? When I had this number with Three they moved it over to PAYG at end of contract and there was no issues keeping the number.
