Hi my aunt has arranged an exchange for my galaxy note 9 they told me it would be a doorstep exchange tomorrow before 1030 but her had no email confirming it who can I contact to find out its definitely going ahead and coming to my address as my aunt arranged

Hi yes they confirmed it was going ahead but didn't receive email confirmation and my aunt called them last night said it wasn't confirmed but then I got an email and text about 930 last night saying it had been arranged it arrived at 1030 this morning:)
