I have been with O2 since Dec and have a 5GB plan. I don't even use 1GB but there's no where I can see to downgrade, I can only increase my data.

Any ideas please?

Thank you

@JAY81UK unless you are on a flex plan, there is no way to downgrade I'm afraid.

Not sure if I'm on a flex plan or not? I went to upgrade options and it does appear I can change to another plan.

If it is a refresh direct from O2 you will be on flex.
