Change to a SIM only contract - how do I do this now my 24 month contract has ended?

I have had a 24 month contract with an iphone 8 which ended on the 15th March

 

I would like to move to a SIM only deal.  O2 have a good one at the moment with Disney+ as an incentive and I would like to do that.  I have tried to do this on the app or on the website but can't see how to do it myself.

 

I know with the current virus situation their call centres must be working hard - does anyone know how I can do this without needing to wait on the phone for a long time?!

You can upgrade to a new sim only in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
