You'll need to call O2 to arrange to have your bill sent out (there is a small charge for this) so you may aswel change your address with them at the same time.
You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

You can change your address in My O2 under My Details
O2 will send a text for confirmation it's you
For a paper bill
You need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

You can also print your bill from your MyO2 to save to cost.

You can request a paper copy of your bill. It costs £1 for a summary bill and £1.50 for an itemised bill. If you still want a paper bill, contact us.
