Hi

I am in Malaysia at the moment. May I know if you can help disable my voicemail? as there is persistent reminder that I have a voicemail, but I don't want to access it as it is costly. Please help disable for me

@Helmy if in UK you would dial 1760 but it may not work abroad.

You could call customer service or try live chat to disable it for you too.

Hi. Thank you, it worked! I dialled 1760, and it said it will disable voicemail, and moments later, it said, it's disabled. Happy about this, thank you very much!
