Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been trying to top up my mobile thru web and insert my credit card number but everytime ; there is a problem and your web site could not charge my top up.
I'm just using my virtual credit card which linked to my master credit card; I'm guessing if your web site payment set up does not recognize virtual credit cards or the problem is something else?
