Since 1/1/13 I can not receive incoming texts/calls to my pay as you go phone at home. As soon as I drive a short distance from home the problem disappears. This is obviously a reception problem as I have rang most days to cs who tell me to try the normal things to resolve the problem soft boot etc, as well as suggesting a new sim card but it makes no difference. My husband works 30 miles away and has no problem with his 02 phone until he reaches home and then has the same problems as me. we can ring & text out no problem, but cannot receive any incoming texts or calls.
CS insist there is no problem on the network. It is so obvious it is a network problem.
Is anyone else in the Sandhurst area having this problem ?

http://status.o2.co.uk/ put your postcode in there if nothing reported there you need to call o2 again and also get any other o2 customers to complain as well.
