Try in to login to My 02 app on android phone . Login repeatedly failed with "user and password do not match" Changed the password and tried again but got the same message.
Tried clearing app cache and the data but still the same message. Have also tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still same message...I can login ok via the website.Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to respond but I do not use any of the platforms you mentioned.
I contacted the developers of the app via email but they will not accept any request for support and suggested here....only just signed up to O2 and got my sim today and so far
its one issue after another..perhaps I should have stayed with Voxi.

Thanks again , I'm waiting on them to switch my number over and switch on wifi calling . Both promised within 24hrs . I don't want to give them too much to do in one go so I'll take your advice but leave it until tomorrow..thanks for the advice.
