Hi guys, I need help! I ordered a new phone on contract last Wednesday for next day delivery and I still haven’t received an update email on my order? I’m absolutely fuming because I cannot contact o2 and I’m not getting any replies on my emails. I currently have no phone and I’ve been waiting almost a week!

It's probably out of stock (despite what it said in the shop)

They should atleast tell us when we ask for next day delivery or update us that they’re out of stock ive had no order update since Wednesday night to tell me that the order has been done. I can’t call o2 as they will only speak to people with urgent matters and I don’t think they’d class this as one.

You can speak to O2. This IS urgent to you.

In the guide above there are numerous numbers to call. Use any of them and press any option including fraud. This number is currently the best one to call.
